Award-winning journalist SABRINA MARANDOLA  is the host of Let's Go, the local afternoon show on CBC Radio One (88.5 FM) in Montreal. Sabrina's passion is to shine a spotlight on community stories. Sabrina has covered hundreds of stories on radio, television and digital platforms since joining CBC Montreal in 2008. Born and raised in Montreal's east end, Sabrina graduated with distinction from Concordia University with a joint specialization in Communications & Journalism.

When she is not on the air, you can often find her volunteering her time, emceeing charity events within Montreal's vibrant Italian community.

​CASSANDRA MARSILLO is a public historian, artist, and writer, based in Tiohtià:ke (Montreal), telling and listening to stories about immigration, identity, collective memory, food, and folklore, particularly in relation to the Italian-Canadian experience and traditions from her family's region, Molise. In September, she will start her PhD at Concordia University in the Department of History, working on Italian-Canadian food history in Québec.

​CRISTINA CARNEMOLLA is an Assistant Professor of Hispanic and Italian Studies with a specialization in nineteenth-century literature and cultural history at McGill University. She completed her Ph.D. in Romance studies from Duke University. Her research focuses on realist and naturalist novels with a comparative interest between the Italian, Spanish, Peruvian and Argentine traditions. Her current book project, tentatively entitled, Finding True South: The Reception of Naturalism in Southern Europe and Latin America, examines the emergence of narrative and rhetoric patterns within the context of the unclear and unstable meaning of race and nation-building discourses in these disparate geopolitical contexts.

Michaela is a playwright and performer with a Master’s Degree in Drama from the University of Toronto. Michaela’s solo show 8 Ways my Mother was Conceived toured extensively for 5 years. Michaela wrote and performed in In Search of Mrs. Pirandello (2016 WildSide Festival Centaur Theatre) followed by the world premiere of Successions (Centaur Theatre, Outstanding New Text, METAs 2018). Her play FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) toured high schools with Geordie Productions in 2019/2020 (Outstanding New Text Nomination, METAs 2020). Her play Extra/Beautiful/U premiered at Centaur Theatre in December 2023 (Infinitheatre). Up next, her play Hot Blooded Foreigner withTableau D’Hôte Theatre. 
As an actor, theatre credits include Winter’s Daughter (Tableau D’Hôte Theatre / Segal Studio), A Bear Awake in Winter (Next Stage Theatre Festival/Factory Theatre), Gratitude (Oren Safdie/MainLine Theatre), Birds of a Feather (Roseneath Theatre), Urban Tales (Centaur Theatre/Urbi et Orbi), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Humber River Shakespeare) and State of Denial (Teesri Duniya Theatre). Selected Film & TV credits include NBC’S Transplant, No Good Deed, Mafia INC, The Engagement, The Bold Type.
