Michelle LeDonne (she/her) has been the Executive Director of the Pathy Family Foundation since July 2023, where she previously served as Program Officer and was responsible for Montreal-based partner organizations and funder collaboratives. Before joining the Foundation in 2019, Michelle worked for more than a decade in fundraising, strategy, and program development for a national non-profit and several community-based organizations focused on homelessness relief and prevention, health equity, and youth empowerment. Originally from Chicago, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Theatre from North Central College and a Master of Arts from McGill University and currently resides in Tiohtià:ke/Montréal with her son. Michelle volunteered with the Dawson Theatre Collective for many years, and has contributed choreography, dramaturgy, playwriting, and directing to a number of student and professional productions in Chicago and Montreal.

Richard Mozer is an Emmy-Award winning filmmaker focused on dramatic content with a unique voice. He has produced acclaimed film and television projects that have won over 110 International awards including five Emmy awards and six Gemini Awards. Richard was a principal in The Madcap Learning Adventure, an ambitious digital educational platform funded by The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Pearson Education. His experience encompasses decades financing international treaty co-productions and building creative relationships with international production, financing and distribution partners. As CFO at Devine Entertainment, he was responsible for public-company reporting and managing the firm’s multi-million dollar production slate. Richard lives in Toronto and also serves as board chair and president of the Writers Collective of Canada-a charitable arts-health organization that ignites connection through creativity, providing writing workshops that inspire powerful, authentic stories shared in community.
